A Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert (“RCBC”) is to be constructed that will replace two (2) 84” Corrugated Metal Pipes which currently serve Rowel Branch.  In addition to the construction of a RCBC, various storm drainage and roadway operations will also take place that are all being performed in conjunction with the construction of I-140 from US 74/76 (Andrew Jackson Highway) to SR 1430 (Cedar Hill Road). Temporarily deactivated until after Hurricane Florence

SR 1455 (Lincoln Rd NE) will still be accessible from SR 1426 (Mt. Misery Road).  All ramps and loops for the new section of I-140 and Mt. Misery Road will remain open to traffic.
