Special Alert

Motorists in North Carolina can expect heavier than usual traffic conditions due to holiday travel from Friday, September 4th through Tuesday, September 8th.

NCDOT reminds motorists to leave early and to travel during non-peak hours when possible. North Carolina law requires all vehicle occupants to wear their seat belt. Motorists should drive safely, obeying all posted speed limits and refraining from texting while driving.
