• GetCountyAlert
  Load the currently active alert for a county
• GetIncidents
  Retrieve all active incidents in the entire state
• GetIncidentsByCounty
  Load all incidents from a county that are currently active.
• GetIncidentsByRoute
  Load all incidents on a route that are currently active. (Sample routes: 'I-40', 'NC-54', or 'US-1')
• GetRegionAlertList
  Load the currently active alerts for all counties in a region
• GetSpecialAlert
  Load the currently active state-wide special alert
