Brasfield & Gorrie, General Contractors for Duke Energy will be placing 1" steel plates across Pine Hall Road (SR 1908) 0.25 miles south of the main entrance to the Belews Creek Steam Plant. These steel plates will be anchored to the existing asphalt road and asphalt ramps placed to transition up onto and off of the steel plates. These steel plates will be left in place for approximately 2 months while the contractor hauls material back and forth across Pine Hall Rd (SR 1908). The hauling operations typically will be conducted between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm daily. Advance warning signs will be in place according to the MUTCD to alert the traveling public on Pine Hall Rd (SR 1908). During the active hauling hours, flaggers will be in place on Pine Hall Rd (SR 1908) for the protection of both the traveling public and the truck operators. Delays for the traveling public may occur on Pine Hall Rd (SR 1908), but the anticipated impact will be low.

TEMPORARY DISRUPTION IN TRAFFIC CAMERA FEEDS
The NCDOT is experiencing a temporary disruption in traffic camera feeds throughout the Triad area due to equipment failure. Camera Feeds from various cameras on I-40, I-73, I-85, I-40 Business, I-85 Business, US-29, US-52, US-220 and US-421 in the Triad area will be unavailable as we work to make repairs.
