Directional Crossovers have been built to improve the safety of the NC 87 Elizabethtown Bypass with both Cromartie Road intersections that are located 1 mile apart. New traffic patterns are in use at the NC 87 Business intersection. These cross overs will no longer allow traffic on Cromartie Road to drive straight across the Bypass anymore. Cromartie Road traffic must turn right, move over to the median and make a U-Turn. Please slow down as work is underway to complete the project.
